ENPAY’s High Voltage Insulation Laboratories offers high voltage tests on materials, components and tailor-made samples. AC test system with a maximum test voltage of 200 kV and its DC extension providing up to ± 350 kV DC enables a broad variety of electrical tests.

Sample Preparation and Conditioning

A wide range of equipment and facilities can be used to prepare samples exactly meeting the conditions of sample requirements.

Advanced sizing equipment used in the insulation component industry is also used for precise dimensioning of test pieces.

Samples are never exposed to unintended conditions thanks to automatically triggered conditioning steps, capable vacuum drying and impregnation cabinets.

ENPAY Insulation Laboratories are internationally accredited also for insulation fluids tests. The transformer oil used during tests is strictly under control via state of art test equipment complying with relevant standards and an advanced oil treatment system.
